  • Deciding to attend therapy is a personal choice. Life is full of human experiences that involve the whole range of emotions. Having a therapist to create a safe space for you to process these experiences can lead to healing, new solutions, and freedom.

    If you are struggling or needing support then therapy may be something to consider.

  • Therapy is tailored to each client’s needs, as no two people are the same!

    What everybody can expect is empathy, respect, and acceptance. I work to create a collaborative environment where the client is actively involved in the therapeutic process.

    We will set goals within our first few sessions to provide a roadmap for therapy.

  • Yes. This is a hybrid practice, meaning, both in-person or telehealth sessions are provided.

    Telehealth is done over a HIPAA compliant video platform.

  • Typically, I recommend weekly sessions in the beginning. Then we can decide to to transition to a different model, such as biweekly or monthly when it feels comfortable.

    1. Provide the therapist with information about why you are seeking therapy services, what you hope to work on, and information on your availability. This helps determine if it will be a good fit.

    2. If it feels like good fit, and our availability matches, you would go into your personalized client portal to complete all necessary documents to begin therapy. An example of this, is an informed consent which outlines all the information about the therapeutic process.

    3. Once all paperwork is completed, you will be able to schedule your first session.
